Smyth and Associates provide a complete Project Management service on every type of construction project. We act for both Developers and single property owners during the construction of a project.

Our involvement can vary from a simple watching brief to reporting on how the project is progressing. Alternatively to act as Contract Administrator including:

• Preparation of a Schedule of Works
• Obtain quotations and tender prices
• Advise on Contractor and Sub Contractor appointments
• Advise on Insurance and Collateral Warranty issues
• Advise on forms of Contract
• Prepare of interim valuations, Certification of monies due and final account
• Check the construction work is to a good standard
• Prepare a snagging/defect lists
